More Dreams of People

I'm dreaming about people that I have never dreamed about. I wonder what's up with this. Also, interpreting my dreams through the "Grace" filter. They are making more sense. Maybe I should write a book about dreams? Maybe I should blog more.... : )

Rattlsnake Dream

I dreamed I saw a rattlesnake, or what i thought was a rattler; it had no rattles, in our living room. It was big, maybe 4-5 feet long. I called out to my wife, Priscilla to come and see. Maybe I said come here. Before she gets in there, it slithers up under this big piece of furniture. I'm thinking, man I sure wish I had my sword. I'd cut its head off. At this point in my dream I wake up, but I'm still asleep. I say again, "If I had my sword, I would have cut its head off. All of a sudden, I have this big golden sword and I'm back in the scene again and I chop off its head!

I believe something happened in the spiritual realm. I woke up feeling good and powerful.

Wasps in the Warehouse

I'm in our old warehouse, in the new part. Wasps are everywhere. I'm trying to warn this guy about getting stung. I'm looking for some wasp and hornet spray or at least a fly swatter. Finally I see a fly swatter. When I turn around, I see a bunch; maybe a 100 on the wall. Nobody gets stung!

I believe this has to do with the church, because it's in the Warehouse(storehouse) and it was our father's business(our business). Hornets are mentioned 3 times in the Bible and always in connection with driving out the Gentile people in the Promised Land for the benfit of the Israelites.
Actually, we have some wasps building a nest in a light fixture outside our new office. Think I'll go nuke them!!

Jesus Dream

I'm in a music store and there is a section of Martin Guitars. The outside section has the less expensive models and an inner section has the more expensive models. Looking in I see a guy olaying a tenor guitar. Wow! I've always wanted to do that!! I walk around to the right side and as I'm standing in the doorway. A friend walks up to me. I don't know his name, but I know that he and I are close friends. He grins and does the "toking the Ghost" pantomine and I start laughing hysterically and get so stoned that I can hardly stand up!!
Then my cell phone rings. It's quite noisy in the store so I head out to the outside. I try telling the caller, Bro. Rick, our choir director at our old church, to hold on, it's noisy here and then he asks me if I'm busy and I say, Yeah, but it's ok, whats up? He insists on calling back later and hangs up and I see or I think I have a missed call from my wife, Priscilla. I call her and hope she's not angry with me for missing her call and the connection is bad and I have to end the call.

I waked up jazzed knowing that my Friend was Jesus and for a short time we were having so much fun!

Weird Dreams about Adam

No details but weird dreams about our son Adam.
Is it about him or about man in general??

Occult stuff faces guy in suit near our former church.
Maybe has something to do with friends?

Another Dream

I was in training for something and the exercise was to crawl through this drain pipe on my belly. There were seveal drain pipes and I was imagining getting stuck and not being able to get out and my elbows and stomach scaped.

Whew! I think I blocked this one out for awhile.

Damaged Roof

I'm in a garage or a barn trying to hammer a thing against the wall using a funky looking nail/screw. There is a big guy with me helping me and he shows me a better way to do it and that this way I might be able to hang up to 45 keys on it. As I look up, I notice that the roof is bably damaged/missing but with a few posts up and shingles hanging. I think that we need a roofer.

Maybe what we need more than the roof is the builder!
Garage/barn=church or ministry
Hanging thing with nail/screw-maybe hanging thesis(my beliefs) on wall
Big Guy-Jesus the master carpenter/builder
45-? maybe 4+5=9 Gifts of the spirit
Damaged roof-need for a covering-real or imagined

I wake up feeling good because Jesus is with me helping me.
I feel like my opinions/beliefs/ministry at church have little support or covering. But I'm ok with that. I share this with 4 of the 5 Toronto ladies staying with us and get agreement on it.

Those afternoon dreams are weird!

Laid down for a nap at around noon today and woke up about 3 hours later. Had one of those nonstop ramblin' dreams and when I woke up I felt like I
I'd been sleeping for about 2 days. 2 parts were vivid:
1. I'm talking with some lady on the cell phone. She's sending me a book. I must read it! Later she calls and I talk with her husband and he is saying the same thing and there there are Bible Verses in it that I should memorize. While I'm speaking with him, I see this black guy pushing a really cool sports car up a small ramp and through a doorway. I motion to him if I can help and he mouths back that he's ok. I have a hard time believing he got the car through the doorway, but he did it. Somehow I know the people I'm speaking to are the Mcbrides and that they are friends with A.J.
2. I'm at the back door of a church. It's a nice brick building and I have a key. Some other guy is there and has gone inside. My wife is there and I can hear her speaking, but I don't really see her. I see myself as sitting on the floor and it's smooth concrete. It's like I'm outside of myself. I'm thinking about calling A.j. and seeing if he knows the Mcbrides. Priscilla my wife is adamant about me selling some stuff to raise money. I'm thinking she's talking about doing it on ebay. I imagine God flinging me up against the wall to show me His Power. As I am thinking this I actually find myself flung up against the wall. It's cool!
